Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to gift card purchase, redemption, and management. Collaborate with our development and IT teams to identify and implement solutions.

Documentation

To assist customers and internal teams, create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Training and Guidance

Provide training and guidance to customers on properly using our gift card systems, ensuring they maximise the value of our products.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure the highest service quality and satisfaction level.

Feedback Loop

Collect and analyse customer feedback and technical issues to provide insights for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers facing technical challenges.
Proven experience in technical support or a related role, focusing on customer-facing interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
