about Buy Me
Are there any limitations on brands or gift card quantity?
No, there are no limitations. You can use the Buy Me option to buy any gift cards. There are also no limits to "Buy me" usage. You can send as many requests as you need. But remember: one request - one card.
How will I know that my card is paid?
You will get an email notification when your friend pays for your gift card. Also, you can track its status in your account. To complete the request, you will need to register for the service.
Is registration obligatory?
Yes, you need to register to send a request to be able to track your request and redeem your gift card when it’s paid.
Can I cancel my Buy Me request?
Yes, you can. You can cancel your request from your account. Unfortunately, you can not cancel the request after your friend has paid it.
What shall I do if the card does not work?
If you face certain troubles with gift card redemption, please contact our customer support. It does not matter how the card is paid for: by you or your friend.
