– Diggecard UK Ltd manages Arsenal Digital Gift Cards sales on behalf of Arsenal Football Club plc.
– Payment can be made using VISA or Mastercard debit or credit cards.
– Digital Gift Cards will be sent to the provided email address or mobile phone number.
– Refunds are not given for Digital Gift Card purchases unless cancelled by contacting customer service.
– Diggecard UK and Arsenal are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Digital Gift Cards once delivered.
– Diggecard UK is not responsible for products and services offered by Arsenal, and Arsenal is not responsible for services offered by Diggecard UK.
– Digital Gift Card quantities should be checked upon receipt, and any discrepancies must be reported immediately to customer service.
– If a purchase amount is less than the Digital Gift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
– If a purchase exceeds the Digital Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another form of payment.
– The balance of the Digital Gift Card can be checked at Arsenal Retail Stores or on the Arsenal Online Store.
– Digital Gift Cards and unused balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
– Damaged, altered, or cancelled Digital Gift Cards will not be accepted.
– Digital Gift Cards and unused balances expire 12 months from the last use or issuance date.
– Arsenal Digital Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Arsenal Gift Cards or Digital Gift Cards.
– Digital Gift Cards should be treated like cash, and Arsenal is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
